Panasonic Connect Expands AV Solution Suite at InfoComm 2024
Panasonic Connect will highlight its full AV ecosystem of both new and existing solutions at InfoComm 2024. The booth (#W1500) will feature its array of solutions that power dynamic entertainment experiences, foster better collaboration, and simplify workflows.
New solutions support streamlined workflows to deliver engaging experiences across entertainment, museum, worship, corporate, and education settings
Panasonic Connect today announced additions to its AV solution suite to power innovative and engaging visual experiences across industries. The dynamic visuals of immersive exhibitions are no longer reserved just for entertainment venues: they are key to engaging audiences from classrooms to corporate meeting rooms to houses of worship.
“As more industries seek to implement immersive visual experiences, they’ll need to adopt reliable, powerful solutions that give content creators and production teams flexibility,” said Jared Darensbourg, Director of Sales – Visual Systems at Panasonic Connect North America. “The latest additions to our ecosystem of AV solutions respond directly to this industry need, helping customers worry less about the technology setup, and more about how they can take their creativity and audience experience to the next level.”
Take Entertainment Experiences to the Next Level
Visitors to Infocomm 2024 will explore solutions that support everything from immersive entertainment to dynamic worship services and engaging corporate events.
Highlighting the power of captivating digital art exhibits to bring communities together, the Panasonic booth will feature replicas of the Los Angeles City Hall and a historic building from downtown Binghamton, NY. These replicas will showcase example projection mapping works from A3 Visual and the LUMA Projection Arts Festival, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this September. The booth will also feature Full Swing’s golf simulation experience powered by Panasonic’s projection technology.
Additionally, Panasonic Connect will showcase its comprehensive offerings that support dynamic worship services and corporate events with the combined power of its KAIROS live video production platform and PT-RQ50K projectors.
This zone will also highlight several new projection solutions, including the PT-REQ15 / PT-REZ15 Series 1-Chip DLP™ Laser Projectors which produce smooth, deep 4K images (REQ15 series) in any environment. Its optical engine and laser light source module even comply with the IP5X Dust Protected standard, while the backup input and multi-laser drive engine allow it to operate reliably in harsh conditions. The PT-REQ15/REZ15 Series projectors are TAA Compliant and are currently available.
Drive More Engaging Collaboration
The Panasonic Connect booth will present an innovative approach to engaging on-site collaboration for corporate and education spaces. Visitors will have the opportunity to visualise concepts and ideas in a shared immersive environment utilising Panasonic’s new PT-RQ7 Series 1-Chip DLP™ 4K Projectors to wrap an entire space, from floor to ceiling, in dynamic visuals. With innovative technology from IGLOO, teams can share any type of digital content, including immersive virtual reality or 360° content. This helps increase efficiency and gives students and employees a dynamic and immersive learning and working experience. This zone of the booth will also feature Panasonic’s ecosystem of professional displays, PTZ cameras, and ceiling microphone technology designed to automate hybrid classroom workflows for engaging remote and in-person experiences. New solutions on display include:
- The PT-RQ7 Series 1-Chip DLP™ 4K Projectors power deep, vivid content to wrap an entire space, from floor to ceiling, in dynamic visuals. In addition to supporting collaboration spaces, its “Digital Art Mode” achieves a sense of colour and contrast ideal for projection environments in museum settings as well. The PT-RQ7 Series is expected to be available in the second half of 2024.
- Media Production Suite centralises camera management for small team operations, streamlining camera setup and providing a wide range of features to support high quality video production. Media Production Suite brings production value to our PTZ camera portfolio by adding (soon to-be-released) new paid plug-in features such as AI Keying and auto-tracking. Media Production Suite is available now as a free download.
Simplifying Content Workflows
Panasonic Connect will showcase its new ET-FMP50 Series Media Processor. Designed to streamline workflows while supporting enhanced performance, the ET-FMP50 Series Media Processor features camera-based warping, blending adjustment, and 4K media playback capability. It eases the burden of installing and adjusting multi-projection attractions, making operations more efficient and simplified. The ET-FMP50 Series is expected to be available in the second half of 2024.
Additionally, Panasonic Connect will highlight solutions that offer built-in flexibility and scalability for streamlined workflows, including its expanded lineup of Intel® SDM specification slot-compatible products. As industry standards evolve, the Intel® SDM specification-compatible boards allow customers to choose an AVoIP standard that best meets their use case.
